Facility Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Facility Engineer to join our team in Doha. The role involves overseeing the maintenance and operation of our facilities, ensuring they run efficiently and comply with safety and environmental standards.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs.
• Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors for repair and maintenance work.
• Troubleshoot and resolve facility‑related issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Maintain accurate records and reports of all facility activities.
• Manage the budget for facility maintenance and operations.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the maintenance team.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth facility operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Valid UPDA Certification.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Previous experience in Facility Management (FM).
• Strong background in MEP systems.
