About the role

As a Fashion Consultant at Chalhoub Group, you will be the face of luxury fashion in an upscale retail environment, delivering exceptional guest experiences while meeting individual and team sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve personal and collective sales objectives.
• Collect and analyse customer behaviour data, top‑seller trends and slow‑moving items for business reviews.
• Build and nurture client relationships through an omni‑channel approach.
• Provide pre‑buying product feedback to merchandising teams.
• Promote the MUSE loyalty programme and stay updated on app offerings.
• Support in‑store marketing events, activations and visual merchandising compliance.
• Ensure click‑and‑collect orders are processed within SLA and customer data is captured per marketing requirements.
• Contribute to eNPS initiatives and share insights on store performance.

Required profile

• Strong command of English, both spoken and written.
• Passion for luxury fashion and a customer‑centric mindset.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced retail setting.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using CRM and CX tools.
• Basic data collection and reporting capabilities.
