Business Development Partner - Talent Intelligence & Recruitment Tech

About the role

Routed AI is expanding its commercial footprint in Qatar and seeks a senior Business Development Partner to drive sales of its workforce intelligence platform. The role is fully remote but based in Doha, targeting consulting firms, professional services companies, and mid‑to‑large enterprises.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, engage, and close new customers across consulting firms, professional services companies, and enterprises in Qatar.
• Sell to senior decision‑makers such as Partners, COOs, Strategy Heads, and Workforce Leaders.
• Lead discovery calls, product demos, and commercial negotiations from start to finish.
• Leverage existing relationships to generate pipeline from day one.
• Position Routed AI as an essential intelligence layer for enterprise decision‑making and act as a trusted advisor.
• Provide market and buyer feedback to refine product positioning and messaging for the Qatar market.

Required profile

• Senior professionals with proven commercial accountability and direct responsibility for winning or expanding enterprise relationships.
• Deep buyer access to strategy, workforce, or HR leaders at consulting firms, professional services firms, or large enterprises in Qatar.
• Backgrounds such as former management consultants, senior sellers of labour‑market data or people‑analytics platforms, or enterprise SaaS/data platform sales leaders.
• Based in Doha with willingness to travel within Qatar as needed.
• Open to candidates currently between roles, freelancing, or in advisory capacities.
