About the role
The F&B Service Expert (Barista) will create memorable food and beverage experiences for guests at Sheraton Doha, ensuring high standards of service, safety, and cleanliness throughout the dining area.
Key responsibilities
- Set tables, serve guests, and communicate orders to the kitchen.
- Interact with guests, take orders, and handle transactions as part of the overall experience.
- Maintain clean work areas, supplies, and equipment.
- Read and verify menu information, ensuring accurate service.
- Perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, lifting up to 25 lb unassisted (50 lb with assistance), and reaching overhead or below knee level.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Less than 1 year of related food‑and‑beverage experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
- Ability to work on feet for extended periods and perform physical duties safely.
- Commitment to company policies, quality standards, and professional appearance.
