Field Service Representative II

About the role

Ecolab is seeking a Field Service Representative II to provide on‑site technical support for water‑treatment solutions in downstream petrochemical facilities. You will work closely with sales teams to deliver and sustain chemical treatment applications for our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with District Sales Representatives to launch and support new chemical treatment applications.
• Perform routine service tasks such as system audits, sample testing, data logging, reporting, and inventory management.
• Install, calibrate, and maintain chemical feed and monitoring equipment.
• Troubleshoot operational issues, recommend corrective actions, and escalate complex challenges when needed.
• Build strong relationships with customer personnel and promote best‑practice implementation.
• Capture service reports, assist with chemical ordering, and support the preparation of technical proposals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering.
• 1–3 years of experience in water treatment.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Familiarity with chemical feed systems, monitoring equipment, and basic process instrumentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong communication skills.
