Finance & Accounting Sr. Associate

About the role

We are seeking a Finance & Accounting Senior Associate to join a high‑impact finance transformation engagement for a public‑sector organization in Doha. The role will focus on designing a Finance Target Operating Model and delivering high‑quality financial analysis and presentations to senior stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Support finance and accounting workstreams within the broader transformation project.
• Review existing finance processes and contribute recommendations for a future‑state operating model.
• Assist with budgeting, financial planning, forecasting, and management reporting.
• Analyze financial data and translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Prepare professional PowerPoint presentations, reports, and client deliverables.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand operational and financial requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve finance processes, governance, and reporting.
• Present findings and recommendations to client and management teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of finance and accounting experience.
• Experience in the public sector or government environment is strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of finance and accounting principles, budgeting, planning, and reporting.
• Professional fluency in Arabic and English.
• Relevant qualification such as CMA, CPA, CFA, MBA or similar is a plus.
• Currently based in Qatar with valid residency/QID and able to work onsite.
