Financial Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a Financial Accounting / Budgeting professional with over three years of experience, preferably from a local or Gulf bank or financial institution. The role will support financial accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting activities, ensuring accurate financial information for management.

Key responsibilities

• Support financial accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting activities.
• Prepare and analyse financial data, budgets, management reports, and variance analysis.
• Assist with monthly, quarterly and year‑end closing and account reconciliations.
• Monitor budget utilisation and investigate budget‑vs‑actual variances.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to collect and validate financial information.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related discipline.
• 3+ years of experience in financial accounting, budgeting or related finance functions.
• MCA certification – mandatory.
• Experience in a local/Gulf bank or financial institution is highly preferred.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
