Finance Manager

About the role

The Finance Manager will partner with senior leadership to shape financial strategy and ensure robust reporting across the organization. This role requires strong analytical capabilities, a deep understanding of automotive finance, and the ability to act as a trusted business advisor.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct financial analysis and prepare regular management reports.
• Coordinate with internal and external audit teams and review internal controls.
• Support the CFO in budget preparation and cash‑flow management.
• Submit timely monthly management reports.
• Lead and guide finance teams across multiple companies or divisions.
• Oversee receivable follow‑up, collections, and ensure accurate cash forecasting.
• Collaborate closely with operational heads and provide financial insights to the CFO.
• Perform any additional duties assigned by the CFO.

Required profile

• CA, CMA, or equivalent professional qualification.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in a reputable automotive organization, preferably in Qatar.
• Proven track record in financial reporting, budgeting, and cash‑flow management.
• Strong leadership and team‑management skills.
