Fit-Out Project Manager

About the role

The Fit-Out Project Manager will lead the execution of luxury interior fit‑out projects from initiation through completion. Based in Doha, this full‑time, on‑site position requires close collaboration with clients, vendors, and internal teams to deliver high‑quality, on‑time results.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with clients to capture project requirements and develop detailed timelines.
• Oversee site operations, logistics, and material inspections to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Manage expediting activities, guaranteeing timely delivery of materials and services.
• Control project budgets, monitor costs, and report financial performance.
• Supervise vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure alignment with project specifications.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks of workmanship and materials.

Required profile

• Proven project management experience in construction or interior fit‑out environments.
• Hands‑on expertise in expediting, inspection, and logistics management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
• In‑depth knowledge of fit‑out industry standards and construction regulations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field; engineering background preferred.
• Fluency in English; additional regional languages are a plus.
• Willingness to travel overseas as project needs dictate.
