About the role
We are looking for a friendly and attentive Food & Beverage Attendant who speaks Arabic to join our team at Banana Island Resort Doha by Anantara. In this front‑line position you will be the face of the resort, delivering prompt and courteous service to guests across our restaurants, bars and poolside outlets.
Key responsibilities
- Greet guests, present menus and take orders with a smile.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently while adhering to the resort’s standards of quality and hygiene.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve minor issues to enhance satisfaction.
Required profile
- Previous experience in food and beverage or restaurant operations.
- Fluent Arabic speaking ability.
- Passion for delivering excellent guest service.
- Strong team player with good communication skills.
Required skills
- Arabic language proficiency.
