About the role
Join the hospitality team at Banana Island Resort Doha by Anantara as a Food & Beverage Attendant. You will be the first point of contact for guests in our dining outlets, delivering courteous and prompt service while representing the resort’s brand standards.
Key responsibilities
- Greet guests, present menus, and take orders with professionalism.
- Serve food and beverages accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic work environment.
- Collaborate with kitchen and other F&B staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Uphold guest privacy and confidentiality at all times.
Required profile
- Previous experience in food & beverage or restaurant service.
- Passion for delivering excellent guest service.
- Strong team‑player attitude.
- Effective communication skills, including fluency in Arabic.
Required skills
- Knowledge of menu items and beverage offerings.
- Ability to follow health and safety standards.
