Food & Beverage Supervisor

About the role

The Food & Beverage Supervisor will lead the daily operations of the hotel’s F&B outlets, ensuring high standards of service, safety, and brand compliance. You will work closely with the F&B management team to drive financial performance and develop a motivated team.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise all Food & Beverage outlet activities and ensure smooth service delivery.
• Communicate tasks, delegate responsibilities, and monitor team performance.
• Maintain brand standards and compliance with health, safety, fire, and security regulations.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Represent the team’s needs to senior management.
• Support the F&B manager in achieving revenue and cost targets.
• Assist with training, development, and performance appraisals of team members.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments and foster good working relationships.

Required profile

• College diploma in Hotel Management or a related field.
• Proven experience in Food & Beverage or restaurant operations.
• Strong leadership passion and teamwork orientation.
• Attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence.
• Excellent guest service orientation.
