Fresh Graduates Internship Program (FY2026)

About the role

KPMG Qatar is offering a structured internship program for fresh graduates in FY2026. The program provides on‑the‑job training, induction events and continuous technical development across audit, tax and advisory services.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in regular on‑the‑job training sessions.
• Attend graduate induction and national technical training events.
• Support project teams in audit, tax or advisory assignments under supervision.
• Collaborate with a designated buddy and a Performance Manager for guidance and feedback.
• Develop market knowledge through exposure to Qatar’s leading public and private sector clients.

Required profile

• Completed bachelor’s degree (minimum GPA 2.9) in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Public Policy, Economics, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Network Security, Information Security, Computer Science or related fields.
• Residency in Qatar under family sponsorship.
• Effective communication skills in English and Arabic (read, write, speak).
• No prior work experience required; internships at Big 4 or multinational consultancies are a plus.
