About the role

We are seeking a friendly and customer‑oriented Waiter/Waitress to join the team at Riviera Rayhaan by Rotana in Doha. The successful candidate will be the face of our restaurant, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, present menus and answer any questions.
• Take and serve food and drink orders accurately.
• Make recommendations for complementary products.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
• Handle guest complaints or concerns professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas and set tables.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a waiter or waitress.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and multitask.
• Attention to detail and strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Required skills

• Basic math for handling payments.
