General Manager – Security Services Division

About the role

The General Manager will lead the Security Services division, overseeing all operational, contractual and commercial aspects to ensure high‑quality service delivery, regulatory compliance and profitable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Direct day‑to‑day operations of all security contracts, managing manpower, equipment and resources to meet client requirements.
• Develop and implement operational strategies, policies and procedures to improve efficiency and service quality.
• Monitor KPIs, incident reports and client feedback, driving continuous improvement and crisis management.
• Review, negotiate and manage service contracts and SLAs, ensuring compliance and handling renewals, amendments and disputes.
• Lead commercial negotiations for new business, renewals and strategic partnerships, preparing proposals and tenders.
• Conduct market analysis, support profitability analysis and revenue forecasting.
• Create and execute business development plans to expand market share across government, corporate, hospitality, residential, industrial and critical infrastructure sectors.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients, stakeholders and strategic partners.
• Provide leadership and people management for the division’s staff.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing security operations and contract administration.
• Strong commercial negotiation and business development capabilities.
• Ability to develop and enforce operational policies, monitor performance metrics and lead crisis response.
• Excellent relationship‑building skills with clients and partners.
• Leadership experience with responsibility for staff management and development.
