Graphic Designer / Packaging Designer

About the role

Torba Farm, a sustainable agriculture company based in Doha, Qatar, is looking for a creative Graphic Designer/Packaging Designer to join its on‑site team. You will shape the visual identity of our organic produce range and develop packaging concepts that reflect our eco‑friendly values.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualise and design packaging solutions that align with Torba Farm’s brand identity and sustainability goals.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create promotional materials and product labeling.
• Ensure all designs meet quality standards, adhere to eco‑friendly material guidelines, and are ready for production.
• Maintain consistency across various media formats, from print to digital.
• Meet project deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts or a related field.
• Proven experience in packaging design, brand identity, and product labeling.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and colour theory.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
