Group Human Resources Manager

About the role

A diversified and growing business group in Qatar seeks a senior Group Human Resources Manager to lead people strategy, HR governance, employee services, compensation and benefits, and government‑related HR operations across multiple business units. The role reports directly to the Group CEO and partners with senior business leaders to build an integrated, professional HR platform that supports growth and talent development.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a Group‑level HR strategy aligned with business priorities, establishing consistent frameworks, policies and processes across entities.
• Act as trusted HR advisor to the Group CEO and senior leadership, supporting organizational design, manpower planning, succession planning and leadership development.
• Introduce HR metrics, dashboards and reporting to drive professionalism, accountability and business performance.
• Oversee talent and workforce planning, senior hiring, succession pipelines and internal talent development across the Group.
• Lead compensation, benefits and reward design, conduct market benchmarking in Qatar and GCC, and manage annual salary reviews and executive remuneration.

Required profile

• Extensive senior HR experience in a multi‑business or multi‑entity environment.
• Proven ability to combine strategic thinking with hands‑on HR operations and knowledge of local regulatory and government processes.
• Experience in FMCG or consumer‑facing sectors preferred; exposure to hospitality, retail, property or other diversified businesses is an advantage.
• Strong track record of partnering with CEOs and senior leaders to influence organizational outcomes.
