About the role

The Guest Arrival Expert – Bellboy creates memorable first and last impressions for guests at Al Messila a Luxury Collection Resort & Spa Doha. You will guide guests through arrival and departure, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide a wide range of services that assist guests during check‑in, stay, and check‑out.
• Process operational needs, respond to guest requests, and complete daily reports.
• Share local area highlights and recommendations with guests.
• Maintain a safe workplace by following company policies, protecting assets, and upholding quality standards.
• Ensure professional uniform, appearance, and communication at all times.
• Stand, sit, walk for extended periods and handle objects up to 50 lb unaided (over 75 lb with assistance).

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No prior related work experience required.
• No supervisory experience required.
• No specific license or certification needed.
