Guest Experience Expert – Guest Services Agent

About the role

As a Guest Experience Expert you will create memorable, personalized stays for our guests. You will be empowered to move throughout the property, address guest needs, process operational tasks, and share local highlights, turning routine transactions into part of the overall experience.

Key responsibilities

• Guide guests through every stage of their stay, from arrival to departure.
• Process operational requests, complete daily reports, and handle guest inquiries promptly.
• Share information about local attractions and amenities.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment.
• Perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, and lifting items up to 10 lb without assistance.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No prior work or supervisory experience required.
• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and lift up to 10 lb.
• Commitment to safety, confidentiality, asset protection, and quality standards.
• Professional appearance and communication.
