Head Barista – Lead Coffee Team

About the role

We are looking for a Head Barista to lead the coffee team at Em Sherif Deli, part of Aura Group Qatar. You will be responsible for delivering high‑quality beverages and ensuring an outstanding customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the barista team on a daily basis.
• Maintain consistent, high‑standard coffee preparation.
• Oversee café operations, including inventory and equipment maintenance.
• Ensure excellent service standards and customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Preferably Tunisian or Moroccan nationality.
• Available to join immediately.
• Willing to relocate for one month of paid training in Lebanon, then move to Qatar.
• Proven experience as a Head Barista or in a similar leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and café operations.
• Excellent communication and team‑management abilities.
