Hostess – Guest Reception at Luxury Hotel

About the role

Park Hyatt Doha is seeking a warm and welcoming Hostess to be the first point of contact for guests in its elegant dining venues. The role involves greeting guests, managing reservations, and ensuring a seamless start to their dining experience in a luxury 5‑star environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Manage reservation bookings and coordinate table assignments.
• Answer guest inquiries and provide information about the restaurant’s offerings.
• Maintain an organized waiting area and ensure smooth flow during peak periods.
• Collaborate with the service team to uphold Park Hyatt’s high standards of service.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a similar hostess or front‑of‑house role, preferably in luxury hospitality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Polite, guest‑first attitude with a pleasant personality.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with reservation systems.
