About the role
The Assistant Restaurant Manager supports daily restaurant operations, supervises the team and ensures high‑quality food service and guest satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise food preparation and presentation, checking quantity and quality of items.
- Manage opening and closing procedures, shift scheduling and coordination with purchasing.
- Monitor team performance, enforce productivity, quality and timeliness standards.
- Handle customer service issues, complaints and complex queries.
- Control daily F&B costs, oversee budgeting, inventory and pricing strategies.
- Ensure compliance with Health, Safety and Environment policies.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Food and Beverage, Hospitality Management or a related field.
- Four to six years of F&B operations experience, including at least one year in a managerial role.
