The Hostess is the welcoming face of the dining experience at Raffles & Fairmont Doha, creating a gracious first impression for every guest. With warmth, elegance and genuine hospitality, the role ensures smooth guest seating and personalized engagement throughout the dining journey.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with a polished and friendly demeanor.
• Manage reservations, guest flow and seating arrangements efficiently.
• Coordinate closely with restaurant and culinary teams to maintain a refined dining atmosphere.
• Uphold the high service standards of the Raffles and Fairmont brands.
• Handle guest inquiries and special requests with professionalism.

Required profile

• Previous experience in upscale hospitality or fine‑dining environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and poise under pressure.
• Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
