Housekeeping Houseman Attendant

About the role

The Housekeeping Houseman Attendant supports the housekeeping team at Four Seasons Hotel Doha by maintaining pantry supplies, handling guest and room requests, and ensuring cleanliness of storage areas and corridors.

Key responsibilities

• Stock and clean housekeeping pantries and storage areas daily, including toilets.
• Segregate and remove garbage according to the hotel’s Green policy.
• Deliver guest and room requests (extra beds, linen) promptly and according to standard procedures.
• Clean walkways, guest corridors, and outdoor windows of guest rooms.
• Remove soiled linen to laundry and assist with high‑level dusting.
• Maintain inventory of supplies, report re‑orders, and keep storage areas tidy.
• Operate cleaning machinery efficiently and report any damages or maintenance needs.
• Wear the issued uniform and present a neat appearance at all times.

Required profile

• Previous experience in housekeeping within a luxury hotel environment.
• Full flexibility to work weekends, holidays and daytime shifts.
• Ability to stand for long periods and handle physical tasks.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work harmoniously with colleagues and supervisors.
