HR Business Partner – Doha

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join UCC Holding Group in Doha, Qatar. The role will act as a trusted advisor to business units, translating priorities into people solutions across the employee lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders on workforce planning, organizational capability, and people strategies.
• Manage employee relations matters including grievances, disciplinary cases, performance concerns, and absence management.
• Drive performance management processes, including objective setting, reviews, calibration, and development discussions.
• Support talent reviews, succession planning, and development plans for key employees and high‑potential talent.
• Coach managers on effective people management, feedback, policy application, and employee conversations.
• Support organizational change initiatives including restructuring, role changes, mobilization, and demobilization activities.
• Provide HR insights and analytics on turnover, headcount, absence, engagement, and workforce trends.
• Ensure consistent application of HR policies and collaborate with HR Operations on policy improvements.
• Support employee engagement, onboarding experience, and retention initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Minimum 7 years of HR experience, including at least 3 years in an HR Business Partner role.
• GCC HR experience with exposure to multicultural and multinational workforces.
• Strong knowledge of employee relations, HR policies and Qatar employment practices.
• Experience partnering with business leaders and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
• CIPD Level 5 or equivalent HR certification (preferred).
• Fluent English; Arabic and/or Russian language skills are an advantage.
