About the role
We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Professional with at least 5 years of HR experience in Qatar.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience in Qatar.
- Strong knowledge of Qatar Labour Law, HR regulations, and procedures.
- Good understanding of labour‑related processes and government requirements.
- Experience dealing with Labour Offices and relevant government authorities in Qatar.
- Strong communication, problem‑solving, and employee relations skills.
- Ability to handle HR matters independently and professionally.
- Proficiency in HR documentation and basic HR systems.
- Fluency in English (required) and Arabic (asset).
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
