HSE Operations Supervisor – Training & Accreditation

About the role

The Leaders Training Centre is looking for an HSE Operations Supervisor to lead its health, safety and environment training programmes. The role involves coordinating training activities, supporting accreditation processes and ensuring the effective delivery of HSE initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily HSE training operations and ensure compliance with accreditation standards.
• Coordinate training schedules, resources and participant logistics.
• Prepare and submit reports on training outcomes and safety performance.
• Maintain up‑to‑date documentation of HSE policies, procedures and accreditation records.
• Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve training content and delivery methods.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of relevant HSE operations experience.
• Experience in delivering HSE training and handling accreditation requirements.
• Strong supervisory and coordination abilities.
• Good knowledge of health and safety standards and regulations.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
• Current residence in Qatar.
