About the role
The HSE Supervisor will lead health, safety and environment activities for a major oil & gas project in Ras Laffan, Qatar. This role ensures that all site operations comply with local regulations, international standards and company safety procedures.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise daily HSE activities across the project site.
- Monitor compliance with safety procedures, standards and oil & gas site practices.
- Lead safety audits, inspections and incident investigations.
- Support the implementation of HSE requirements and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate with contractors and internal teams to promote a safe working environment.
Required profile
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in the oil & gas sector.
- NEBOSH certification is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of HSE procedures, safety standards and oil & gas site practices.
- Valid Qatari ID (QID) required.
- Immediate availability preferred.
