Human Resources Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Human Resources Coordinator to join our team at The Pearl Island in Doha. In this full‑time position you will support daily HR operations, maintain accurate employee records, and ensure a welcoming environment for candidates and guests.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain filing systems for personnel documents.
• Prepare and type office correspondence, distribute mail, and manage phone calls.
• Order and track HR office supplies and forms.
• Set up new employee personnel files and assist walk‑in candidates with application procedures.
• Maintain a clean, accessible application area, including accommodations for individuals with disabilities.
• Respond to employee and management inquiries regarding HR policies, programs, and guidelines.
• Report employee‑relations issues to HR management and ensure confidentiality of all records.
• Enter and retrieve work‑related information using computer systems.
• Support health and safety reporting, guest greeting, and uphold professional appearance standards.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• At least one year of relevant HR or administrative experience.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
• Physical ability to lift objects up to 10 lb without assistance.

Required skills

• Proficiency with standard office computer applications.
• Basic knowledge of HR documentation (e.g., I‑9 forms).
