Human Resources Manager

About the role

Al Emadi Enterprises, a leading Qatari conglomerate, is undergoing a strategic restructuring to centralise shared services. We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead the newly consolidated HR & Admin function and support a workforce of over 1,000 employees across multiple business units.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the HR & Admin department as a centralised service for all business units, reporting to the General Manager.
• Implement the new job classification and salary‑band framework to ensure internal equity and market competitiveness.
• Support the organisational restructuring roadmap, manage change communication and employee transitions.
• Oversee end‑to‑end talent acquisition, onboarding and performance management aligned with divisional KPIs.
• Act as the functional HR authority for central staff, establishing and monitoring service level agreements.
• Provide employee‑relations advice, ensure compliance with Qatar Labour Law, and manage grievances and disciplinary actions.
• Coordinate payroll administration with Finance to guarantee accuracy and timeliness.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven experience leading HR functions in large, diversified organisations.
• Strong knowledge of Qatar labour legislation and best‑practice HR processes.
• Demonstrated ability to drive change, manage restructuring projects and influence senior stakeholders.
