Human Workflows & UX Designer

About the role

We are looking for a Human Workflows & UX Designer to shape intuitive, data‑rich experiences for energy and electrification platforms. You will translate complex operational and financial information into clear, user‑friendly dashboards and interfaces, while integrating cutting‑edge Generative and Agentic AI capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Design and map end‑to‑end user journeys for energy and electrification workflows.
• Simplify complex operational and financial data into intuitive dashboards and interfaces.
• Create seamless experiences that incorporate Generative AI and Agentic AI features.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and develop personas.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineering teams in an agile environment.
• Deliver wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity UX specifications.

Required profile

• 3–5+ years of UX/UI experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise platforms.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating workflow simplification and dashboard design.
• Experience designing AI‑driven or data‑heavy user interfaces.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Experience in the energy, utilities, or sustainability sectors is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD or similar design tools.
