Information Technology Manager

About the role

The Information Technology Manager will lead the company’s technology operations, ensuring reliable, secure, and scalable IT services across the entire stack. This role supports business growth and drives digital transformation initiatives through strategic planning and hands‑on execution.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the overall IT strategy, technology roadmap, and digital transformation plans.
• Oversee passive networking, structured cabling, active networking, switching, routing, wireless infrastructure, and connectivity solutions.
• Design, deploy, and maintain servers, storage systems, virtualization platforms, cloud services, and data‑center infrastructure.
• Manage IT infrastructure security, system availability, backups, disaster‑recovery, and business‑continuity planning.
• Lead the implementation and support of integrated IT solutions, enterprise applications, and custom software platforms.
• Ensure optimal performance of all hardware, software, networks, and IT services organization‑wide.
• Direct IT projects, system upgrades, technology deployments, and infrastructure expansion initiatives.
• Handle IT procurement, vendor management, technology evaluations, and contract negotiations.
• Monitor IT budgets, technology investments, licensing, and operational costs.
• Develop and lead the IT team, guaranteeing high‑quality technical support and service delivery.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Network Engineering, or a related field.
• 8–12 years of experience in IT infrastructure, networking, systems administration, or technology management.
• At least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Professional certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, Microsoft, VMware, ITIL, Security+, or CISSP are highly preferred.
