Insurance Officer

About the role

The Insurance Officer will manage day‑to‑day insurance operations for Red Castle in Doha. This position ensures compliance with internal policies, supports claim handling, and contributes to the continuous improvement of corporate insurance processes.

Key responsibilities

• Liaise with internal stakeholders to gather monthly declarations in line with policy requirements.
• Perform annual premium adjustments and support policy renewals.
• Assist in drafting and reviewing internal insurance policies and procedures.
• Coordinate the insurance claims handling process and act proactively on claim matters.
• Engage with external insurance brokers on routine issues.
• Review insurance clauses within commercial contracts.
• Maintain confidentiality, meet strict deadlines, and support department management as needed.
