Investment Manager

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated Investment Manager to join our dynamic investment team. The role offers exposure to the full investment lifecycle, from financial analysis and due diligence to transaction execution and portfolio management across diverse sectors and geographies.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and evaluate potential investment opportunities.
• Build and maintain complex financial models and valuation analyses.
• Conduct market, industry, and competitor research.
• Support commercial, financial, legal, and operational due diligence processes.
• Prepare investment memoranda, presentations, and reports for senior stakeholders.
• Assist with transaction structuring, negotiations, and deal execution.
• Monitor portfolio company performance and provide ongoing analytical support.
• Collaborate with internal teams, management teams, advisors, lenders, and investors.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Finance, Transaction Advisory or a similar investment-focused environment.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
