IT Instructor – General Studies

About the role

The Qatar Technical Institute (QTI) seeks an IT Instructor for its General Studies department, delivering the first‑year curriculum of a two‑year diploma to military students. The role focuses on teaching core Microsoft Office applications and fostering digital literacy in line with MoEHE standards.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality instruction in Microsoft Word, Excel, Email applications and PowerPoint.
• Plan and implement engaging lessons based on the MoEHE curriculum.
• Support students in achieving academic success and practical digital skills.
• Contribute to curriculum development, quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain an inclusive, student‑centred learning environment.
• Collaborate with senior instructors, colleagues and military stakeholders.
• Participate in regular feedback meetings and professional development activities.
