Technical Learning & Development Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a technically experienced Technical Learning & Development Specialist to support technical capability development and training programs. The role involves identifying skill gaps, designing training plans, and evaluating program effectiveness. The specialist will work closely with technical departments and external training providers to ensure alignment with organizational goals. This position is based in Doha and will contribute to building a skilled technical workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Identify technical skills and competency gaps.
• Develop electrical/technical training plans and programs.
• Coordinate technical training activities and workshops.
• Develop training materials and competency‑development content.
• Evaluate technical training effectiveness.
• Liaise with technical departments and training providers.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics or related discipline.
• Minimum 6 years' relevant Learning & Development/training experience.
• Strong understanding of technical/electrical training requirements.
• Strong communication, coordination and training‑development capabilities.
