IT Specialist – Hotel Technology Operations

About the role
Join the motivated IT team at the iconic Rixos Gulf Hotel Doha and support a wide range of hotel technology systems.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and upgrade servers infrastructure – both physical and virtual.
- Manage data, voice and Wi‑Fi networks across the property.
- Oversee property management, sales & catering, central reservations, revenue management and other core hotel applications.
- Implement and support middleware, interfaces, data warehouse, reporting and business intelligence solutions.
- Integrate and maintain sales force automation, CRM, point‑of‑sale, back‑office accounting, procurement, inventory and IP‑TV systems.
- Support human resources management system and other enterprise applications.
Required profile
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.
Required skills
- Computer hardware and software knowledge.
- Operating systems administration.
- Networking and Wi‑Fi configuration.
- Troubleshooting and basic cybersecurity.
- Microsoft 365 and cloud tools proficiency.
