Job description

About the role

Join the motivated IT team at the iconic Rixos Gulf Hotel Doha and support a wide range of hotel technology systems.

Key responsibilities

  • Maintain and upgrade servers infrastructure – both physical and virtual.
  • Manage data, voice and Wi‑Fi networks across the property.
  • Oversee property management, sales & catering, central reservations, revenue management and other core hotel applications.
  • Implement and support middleware, interfaces, data warehouse, reporting and business intelligence solutions.
  • Integrate and maintain sales force automation, CRM, point‑of‑sale, back‑office accounting, procurement, inventory and IP‑TV systems.
  • Support human resources management system and other enterprise applications.

Required profile

  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.

Required skills

  • Computer hardware and software knowledge.
  • Operating systems administration.
  • Networking and Wi‑Fi configuration.
  • Troubleshooting and basic cybersecurity.
  • Microsoft 365 and cloud tools proficiency.
