Kids Club Supervisor

About the role

The Kids Club Supervisor contributes to the youth program by delivering fun, educational, and caring services to children of members and guests in a warm, welcoming environment. This full‑time position involves supervising on‑floor operations, staff, and providing a varied calendar of activities.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise on‑floor operations and staff during each shift.
• Act as a roving attendant at various kid activity stations as needed.
• Design and deliver an innovative calendar of activities and events for boys and girls.
• Maintain the facility, equipment, and supplies to company standards for cleanliness and safety.
• Assist the Manager with special projects, events, specialty classes, and party planning.
• Organize arts and crafts, lead games, read stories, and sing songs for children.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• At least 1 year of related work experience.
• CPR Certification.
• First Aid Certification.
• Recreation Equipment certification as required by local agencies.
