Lead Electrical Technician – Construction Project

About the role

We are seeking a Lead Electrical Technician to join a major construction project in Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting a wide range of electrical systems and equipment, ensuring all work complies with safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems and equipment on site.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics accurately.
• Repair and service motors, control panels, and circuit control systems.
• Assist in testing and commissioning of electrical installations.
• Ensure compliance with local safety regulations and project standards.

Required profile

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering (preferred) or ITI in Electrical or Certificate in Electrical Technology.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in electrical installation and maintenance.
• Currently residing in Qatar with a valid QID.
• Immediate availability to join the project.
