Learning & Development Manager – Multi Property

About the role

The Learning & Development Manager will lead performance development and learning delivery for brand and service‑related topics across a designated group of hotels. You will plan, execute and monitor training programs that support hourly associates, supervisors and leaders, ensuring compliance with brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Design, facilitate and deliver on‑property core and brand training for hourly staff, supervisors and leaders.
• Monitor and drive compliance with all required training, including new‑hire programs and brand initiatives.
• Coordinate participant identification, scheduling and follow‑up for training sessions.
• Verify that training programs align with standard operating procedures and broader business objectives.
• Prepare learning events using adult‑learning principles and adapt delivery to diverse learning styles.
• Serve as subject‑matter expert on brand pillars and leadership development tools.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED with at least 2 years of hotel operations experience.
• Preferred: 4‑year degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• Prior experience in a hotel‑based HR Generalist or Manager role, or in hotel operations leadership.
• Multilingual experience is a plus.
• TC2 Certified (Marriott) or equivalent adult‑learning/platform certification.
