Learning & Development Specialist / Training Analyst

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Learning & Development Specialist / Training Analyst to drive our organizational learning strategy in Doha. The role will lead training‑needs analysis, design and delivery of development programmes, and ensure continuous improvement of our training initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct training needs analysis and identify skills gaps.
• Develop annual and periodic training plans.
• Design and coordinate learning and development programmes.
• Create and deliver soft‑skills and professional‑development training.
• Coordinate internal and external training providers.
• Analyse training participation, effectiveness and outcomes.
• Maintain training records, reports and statistics.
• Support training budgets and related administrative processes.
• Evaluate training programmes and recommend improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
• Post‑graduate Business/HR qualification preferred.
• Minimum six years of relevant Learning & Development experience.
• Strong background in training‑needs analysis and programme evaluation.
• Experience facilitating soft‑skills training is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with ERP/HR systems, ISO and risk requirements is advantageous.
• Arabic and English bilingual capability preferred.
