About the role

Hyatt Regency Doha is seeking a professional Lifeguard to ensure the safety and well‑being of guests using the hotel’s swimming pool. The role combines vigilant supervision with exceptional customer service, contributing to a stress‑free and enjoyable experience for all visitors.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor pool area continuously to prevent accidents and respond promptly to emergencies.
• Enforce pool rules and maintain a safe, clean environment.
• Provide guests with hotel information and assist the Recreation Department with related duties.
• Conduct regular safety checks of pool equipment and report any issues.

Required profile

• Internationally recognized CPR/Lifeguard certification.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine care for guests.
• Experience in luxury hotel or resort environments is preferred.
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain composure in emergency situations.
• Fluent English communication skills.
