Live-In Babysitter for VIP Family (Qatar)

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated live‑in babysitter to join a VIP family in Qatar. The successful candidate will provide safe, nurturing, and development‑focused care for infants, toddlers, and young children while living on‑site.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver attentive, compassionate care to assigned children, ensuring their safety at all times.
• Plan and supervise age‑appropriate educational, creative, and recreational activities.
• Assist with feeding, meal preparation, diaper changes, toilet training, and hygiene routines.
• Maintain cleanliness of children’s rooms, play areas, clothing, and belongings.
• Prepare bottles, baby food, and manage laundry for the children.
• Accompany children to school, appointments, extracurricular activities, and family outings.
• Administer medication only as directed by parents or medical professionals.
• Monitor health, report concerns promptly, and uphold the family’s privacy.
• Collaborate with other household staff and be available for occasional evenings, weekends, or travel.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience as a babysitter, nanny, or childcare provider.
• Experience in VIP, high‑net‑worth, or private household settings is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification (advantageous).
• Excellent English communication; additional languages are a plus.
• Patient, energetic, physically fit, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Required skills

• CPR and First Aid awareness.
• Knowledge of child safety, hygiene, and developmental milestones.
