Cleaning Technician – Custodial Services

About the role

The Cleaning Technician provides custodial services across various base and recreational facilities, ensuring a clean, safe, and professional environment. This position reports to the Lead Cleaning Technician and may act as a Facility Manager for assigned locations.

Key responsibilities

• Execute custodial tasks as defined in the Performance Work Statement, including restroom cleaning, floor care, dusting, trash removal, and linen management.
• Maintain equipment, report issues, and ensure compliance with safety, fire prevention, and security standards.
• Monitor other country nationals per AFCENTI 32-1002 and obtain escort badges.
• Provide on‑call and overtime cleaning services as required and support other installation service areas.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent with at least one year of general cleaning experience.
• Valid passport, fluent English communication, and ability to pass medical, psychological, drug, and background checks.
• Completion of online and hands‑on CBRN defense training, including fit‑testing of DoD protective gear.
• Willingness to work long hours, overtime, and potentially in a wartime overseas environment.
