About the role
We are seeking a dynamic and self‑motivated Lobby Ambassador to be the first point of contact for our guests. You will create a warm, professional welcome at the hotel entrance and support the Front Office team in delivering exceptional service.
Key responsibilities
- Provide consistently friendly, warm, and engaging service to all guests.
- Act as the main point of contact for guests at the main entrance, escorting them to check‑in, breakfast, and departure points.
- Represent the Arabian Cultural Connection program and manage the coffee‑and‑dates station.
- Use the Tablet Registration tool to register guests in queue while they wait for check‑in.
- Deliver personalized attention to Club Rotana, VIP, and Rotana Rewards guests.
- Proactively meet arriving guests and those exiting transportation.
- Identify revenue opportunities such as restaurant reservations and sales leads.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of hotel and local services, promote special offers, and respond promptly to guest inquiries.
Required profile
- Diploma or degree in hospitality with prior Front Office experience in a hotel.
- Polite, sophisticated demeanor with excellent spoken and written English; additional languages are a plus.
- Customer‑driven, proactive, outgoing, charismatic, and approachable.
- Well‑groomed appearance and strong interpersonal skills.
