Loyalty Marketing Specialist

About the role

The Loyalty Marketing Specialist will support Radisson Hotel Group’s guest engagement strategy by maintaining accurate guest data, personalising communications, and driving loyalty initiatives that increase repeat visits.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain up‑to‑date guest profiles, including personal milestones and preferences.
• Monitor daily reservation activity, verify database records, and track booking sources for performance analysis.
• Use guest data to trigger personalised offers, newsletters, SMS, and promotional email campaigns.
• Assist the marketing team in planning and executing targeted campaigns.
• Support upselling of events and online experiences through marketing channels.
• Develop and manage loyalty programmes to boost repeat visits and retention.
• Research competitor reservation systems, loyalty programmes, and guest‑engagement strategies.
• Prepare reports on reservations, guest activity, campaign performance and benchmark data.

Required profile

• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills for coordination with guests, F&B and marketing teams.
• Curiosity about guest‑engagement tools, loyalty programmes and digital marketing.
• Ability to research and analyse competitor practices.
• Collaborative attitude and drive to improve engagement strategies.
• Fluent in English; Arabic knowledge is a plus.
• Comfortable working under pressure and managing multiple deadlines.
• Flexible with working hours as needed.
