Machine Operator

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Machine Operator to join our production team in Doha on an urgent basis. You will be responsible for operating a range of digital printing and fabrication equipment to deliver high‑quality branding, event, exhibition, signage and fabrication projects.

Key responsibilities

• Operate large‑ and small‑format digital printers (UV, solvent, eco‑solvent, latex) and finishing equipment such as CNC routers, plotters, laser cutters and laminators.
• Prepare substrates, inks and materials according to job specifications and perform test prints to ensure alignment, sizing and colour accuracy.
• Cut, trim, laminate, mount, route and assemble finished products using a variety of materials (vinyl, acrylic, MDF, foam board, aluminium, PVC, fabric, paper).
• Prepare and modify artwork in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign; verify print‑ready files (AI, PDF, PSD, EPS) and manage production queues via RIP software.
• Conduct basic colour calibration, profiling and quality checks; troubleshoot minor mechanical or software issues.
• Perform routine cleaning, calibration and preventive maintenance of all machines.
• Adhere to HSE standards and production quality requirements while coordinating with designers and other team members.

Required profile

• Proven experience operating digital printing and fabrication machinery.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical specifications.
• Good understanding of print‑ready file preparation and colour management.
• Willingness to work on‑site in a fast‑paced production environment.
