Male Nurse (Construction Site)

About the role

The company is seeking a qualified Male Nurse to provide comprehensive health services on construction sites. The role involves direct patient care, emergency response, and close collaboration with the site EHS team to ensure a safe working environment.

Key responsibilities

• Receive admissions and conduct general health assessments.
• Administer medications and perform routine nursing procedures.
• Maintain compliance reporting and use diagnostic tools as required.
• Participate in disease‑management programmes.
• Perform catheterisation, intravenous cannula insertion, and surgical dressing.
• Assist in emergency procedures such as fluid therapy, stomach wash, bladder wash, arterial line insertion, and Ryles tube insertion.
• Provide CPR and operate a defibrillator when needed.

Required profile

• Nursing degree or diploma with a Qatar MOPH‑approved nursing licence.
• 5–8 years of experience as an occupational nurse on construction sites.
• Strong coordination skills with the site EHS team.
• Ability to handle a wide range of clinical and emergency situations.
