Manager of Platform Integrity

About the role

The Manager of Platform Integrity leads TOD's platform integrity, revenue protection and business assurance initiatives across the OTT ecosystem. The role acts as a cross-functional bridge between Technology, Finance, Commercial, Product and Operations teams to identify and address revenue leakage, subscription abuse, fraud risks, platform misuse and operational inefficiencies. It also drives platform redesign and control enhancements to improve commercial performance and safeguard the business.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the platform integrity, revenue protection, fraud prevention and business assurance strategy.
• Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of security and protection technologies, and set security standards, governance frameworks, policies and procedures.
• Oversee technical security controls, DRM, watermarking, forensic monitoring, piracy detection and threat mitigation across OTT platforms, IPTV, websites, apps and social media.
• Monitor piracy, unauthorized content distribution, platform abuse and digital threats, and lead investigations into piracy, content theft and security incidents.
• Work with Finance, Commercial, Product and Customer Care teams to identify and mitigate fraud risks, revenue leakage and subscription abuse, and support revenue assurance analysis of transactions and customer behaviour.
• Recommend monitoring controls and risk mitigation measures, and prepare periodic reports on platform integrity, fraud trends and revenue risks.
• Lead initiatives to reduce revenue leakage, analyse subscription models and pricing, and work with Product and Technology teams to redesign platform processes and customer journeys.
• Develop business cases to improve monetization, customer retention and operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, cyber security, computer science, telecommunications, digital media technology, information systems or a related discipline.
• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, PMP, Security+ or equivalent are an advantage.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in platform integrity, revenue assurance, fraud management, digital commerce, OTT operations, business performance, subscription platforms, risk management, technology, finance or related fields.
• Proven experience working across technology, commercial, finance and operational functions to deliver measurable business outcomes.
